Shipping Information
Linux CD Mall is based in Auckland, New Zealand and all orders are burnt to order and shipped from our home office.
CDs and/or DVDs are sent in DVD cases - we have several sizes available from single slim line cases to cases that hold up to 6 CDs and/or DVDs. These are sent in a bubble lined bag with a plastic outer to protect the media as show in the example photos at the bottom of the page.
Orders to be shipped to New Zealand addresses are sent by Courier Post with track and trace. If your order is placed by 3pm it will be sent that day and you will receive it the next working day (eg if you place the order at 2pm on a Monday, you would normally get it on Tuesday morning; if you place the order at 2pm on a Friday, you would normally get it on Monday morning). Orders after 3pm will be sent the next working day.
International orders are sent by international airmail the same business day and should arrive as per the schedule below; if your international order is received before 4pm New Zealand time Sunday to Thursday it will be sent in the current day's email; orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Monday will be sent in Monday's mail. It is currently 22:34pm on Saturday in New Zealand.

Shipping Prices
New Zealand
Shipping for New Zealand orders is a flat rate of NZD $4.00 per order, sent by courier. We use Courier Post with Track and Trace.
Australia / South Pacific / Rest of World
International orders are sent by airmail and charged at cost. The easiest way to see how much it's going to cost is to add an item to your shopping cart and the freight amount will be displayed each time you add an item or update your cart.
