This screenshot shows the default KDE desktop on RedHat 9 after booting into it for the first time. In this release of RedHat they have made KDE and Gnome appear more or less identical with menu bars / taskbar at the bottom of the screen only. While this is the standard default layout for KDE, the standard Gnome layout is to have it split between the top and bottom of the screen.
